Okay! This is long overdue! My sister took me here for my birthday and let me tell you how gorg the details of this place is! Not only that but the open organized floor concept make it easy to see what you want and in what color! On your birthday you get free little gift too! So if you’re looking for a reason to get some cute lipsticks and have great help (everyone is amazing) definitely go here! It’s also great for tweens!
SUCH a beautiful place. The staff are so amazingly nice and the store is absolutely clean, very aesthetically pleasing, and the decor is gorgeous. If you go to the back mirror where the sink is, you can take a great selfie using the mirror above the sink. It is such an amazingly lit place with natural lighting which makes the products look very accurate to their color on you.
Accidentally stumbled on this place when we were in the area. Unfortunately it was closed but we returned the following day. The store is beautiful. I love all the moss, mushrooms, and Seattle aesthetics in the interior. Everything is sanitized once you've tried a tester and left it in its designated cleaning spot in the middle of the tables. The best purchase I made from here was the Glossier 32 oz. bottle. The purple and the limited edition G art is great. Motivates me to drink more water whenever I use it. The staff were helpful and kind. Come by if you're in the area!
Don’t understand makeup but this place has amazing interior design! Beautiful layout and art pieces. Employees wore baggy pink suits that gives the store a soul of that pinky vibes. Definitely a cool place to check out!
Such a lovely set up and cool variety of products. In the store they have skin care, make up and even some touristy items you can buy. They have their Covid protocols down so you’re even able to sample make up items.
If you’ve never been to Glossier the staff are super helpful and guide you through. I love their balm dotcom and it was cool to try other items.
Parking is super limited and you have to pay (since it’s cap hill and street parking) so just be prepared. Lots of other cool stores to check out all nearby so totally worth the visit.
great store! i have been to a few glossier locations and this was definitely one of the more interesting ones. cool decor and friendly employees.
Its a really lovely aesthetic store, but it kind of sucks to actually buy things here.
1. You have to go to a store attendant to ‘order’ the item instead of a normal checkout process. It takes way longer than a normal store to get your items, especially if the store is busy. The last time I went, I asked the store attendant to separate my order into two separate bags for gifting purposes and the person fulfilling the orders forgot about one of the bags. It took 40-50 minutes to get all of the items in my order.
2. The store’s phone number is non-functional. It is just a prerecorded message, so there is no way to check if a certain item you want is in stock without physically going to the store.
Hope that they can improve the customer experience here. I like a lot of Glossier’s products, so its a bummer that they make it so inconvenient to actually buy them from the physical store.
I live in Canada so to be able to go into a Glossier store for the first time and actually try products and smell them was sooo helpful. I now know what products look like so I can buy products online with more confidence. They have lots of disposable applicators to try products on without using them directly. There were makeup remover bottles and pads for taking off makeup. And sanitizer.
The store is huge and the decor was beautiful! Definitely unique with the light pink and the mushroom ornaments. There was a mirror with digital flying butterflies which was cool. They have multiple tables with the same products so that if it was busy you don’t have to wait around much. The employees have really cute pink jumpsuits that I was hoping they sell too (but they don’t lol). They place your order on an iPad and then there’s a pickup station at the back. Your products are put in a cute pink paper bag. The employees were friendly and helpful but didn’t bother you if you were browsing which was nice.
